There’s no doubt you will be wowed by our en-suite apartments. The converted barns of the original farm have retained their period features and mixed tastefully with contemporary style and modern facilities. There’s no better way to end the day walking Hadrian’s Wall or driving through Cumbria.
We think our rooms are ‘4 Star’ accommodation. Each room has enough space for families of four or five, including a wonderful King size bed, double sofa-bed, flat screen TV with built in DVD player, fabulous en-suite complete with power shower and tea and coffee making facilities. There’s even a kitchenette should you be staying longer. You won’t be disappointed after a long day walking or cycling.
A small hallway with its own direct access from outside makes these rooms ideal for groups or families away on holiday together. Dogs are welcome too.

Extra adult or child charged at £10 each
Dogs are charged at £5.00 each

If you have an early start we can supply delicious Breakfast Bag which you can eat in the comfort of your room or while you're out and about. £4.50
The handy bag includes a cereal pot and milk, a muffin, croissant, jam portion and a fruit juice.
Alternatively you can enjoy breakfast (see the breakfast menu) in our restaurant which opens at 8.30 in the summer (April – October) and 9.00 in the winter (October – March)
